Objective:
To design a feature to offer users the ability to rate the feedback that is given to them, cultivating a culture of continuously improving, on-going feedback.
Background
New Functionality:
- A quick and easy way to give reviews on feedback
- Ability to rate a feedback from 1-5 stars (1 star is the worst, 5 stars is the best)
- Comment bank with selectable options to describe the feedback for each star rating
- Ability to write your own comment about the feedback
Features of the new Zest Feedback system:
- Both sent and received feedback are shown in a chronological “timeline” style, with the most recent feedbacks at the top
- Feedback can be sent either publicly or anonymously
- Can comment on a feedback either publicly or anonymously (all recipients can see the comment, but will only know who the user is if he choses to post publicly)
- Shows number of comments on a feedback
- Can see other recipients of the feedback
- Shows the number of received and sent feedback
- Can delete any feedback that you send before a certain amount of time

How to Access and Use Feature
Below the feedback, there are two tabs, one for the comments and the other for the rating.
Once you rate how many stars the feedback is, there will be a pop-up screen, which has the star-rating. There is also a comment bank for each star rating that is selectable, which makes it easy and fast for the user to give a small note to go along with the star rating
In each feedback rating, there is space for the user to write their own comment, which allows them to customize the rating
